Hello to our new and returning AMSA members! Thank you for joining us at our very first general meeting of the 2023-2024 year on Wednesday, October 11th where we introduced AMSA at UCR and our board for the year. At the meeting, we talked about committee applications, volunteering opportunities, fundraising events, upcoming socials, and our PEN Mentorship program. These are all great ways to get involved in AMSA and to be considered for member of the quarter! If you missed the meeting, a recording has already been posted under the General Meetings tab. After the meeting, we all walked over to Boba Tea House where we had our first social x fundraising event! Here, members were able to speak to other AMSA members, enjoy drinks, and network with AMSA's committee chairs to find out more about their committees.
Be sure to fill out the respective forms by the appropriate deadline if you want to participate in the opportunities we talked about alongside the Membership Form which can be found on the Home page or under the Membership tab!
