Totally Kids Rehabilitation, 5/25/24

On May 25, 2024, our AMSA members had a heartwarming and memorable day at Totally Kids Rehabilitation. Our volunteers eagerly spent time playing with children with disabilities, bringing joy and laughter to everyone involved. This special event was filled with a variety of activities designed to engage and entertain the children. Our creative members put together sensory boards with different textures, colors, and interactive elements. These boards were a big hit, providing the children with a fun and stimulating experience. But the fun didn’t stop there!

Our volunteers also brought along an array of kid-friendly toys, which quickly became favorites among the children. The room was filled with excitement as bubbles floated through the air, with kids eagerly reaching out to pop them. The day was made even more lively with dancing, where volunteers and children alike moved to the music, creating a joyful and energetic atmosphere. One of the sweetest moments was playing teacups, where children and volunteers pretended to have a tea party, fostering creativity and social interaction. These simple yet delightful activities created a sense of connection and happiness that everyone cherished.

We are incredibly proud of our members for their dedication and compassion. Their efforts not only made a difference in the children’s day but also left a lasting impact on everyone involved. The event was a beautiful reminder of the importance of community and the joy of giving back. We look forward to organizing more events like this and continuing to make a positive impact in our community. Thank you to all the volunteers who participated and made this day unforgettable. Together, we’re creating wonderful memories and spreading joy wherever we go.
