On Saturday February 25th, AMSA held a volunteering event at Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Loma Linda!
The event was a great success, with members who were randomly selected to be part of the volunteer group gathering to learn how to fold some creative origami. At the hospital, the members came together to host an origami folding event with the hospital patients. The patients were thrilled to participate and learn how to fold various origami shapes, and the members were able to connect with the patients in a meaningful way.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for AMSA members to give back to the community and make a positive impact on the lives of others. It was also a great way to bond with fellow members and promote teamwork and collaboration. We're proud of our members for their dedication to community service and their willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. We're also grateful to Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital for allowing us the opportunity to volunteer and make a difference in the lives of their patients. We hope that events like these continue to inspire our members to be proactive and compassionate leaders in their community, and we look forward to future opportunities to serve those in need.
