Silverado Hospice Volunteer Program
Silverado Hospice Volunteer Program
Interested in making a meaningful impact? Join our Silverado Hospice Volunteer Program to provide companionship and support to individuals and families navigating challenging times. This program offers a deeply rewarding experience where volunteers can bring comfort and care to those in need.
Program Requirements
- Complete the AMSA Interest Form.
- Fill out the New Volunteer Packet (only after being selected for the program). - Attend a required onboarding session to prepare for your role. Commit to 2-4 visits per month with your matched patient(s).
- Silverado will accommodate your preferred city of choice for convenience.
Totally Kids Individual Volunteer Program
This is an INDIVIDUAL volunteer experience outside of our regular events where members volunteer on their own time. Volunteers MUST have a reliable source of transportation.
Our long-term volunteering opportunity at Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital allows AMSA members to gain valuable experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Participants will engage in bedside activities, clerical tasks, and help facilitate special events at the facility
